It was 10:30pm the night before this castle was to be delivered, it was 90 degrees in my kitchen and the fondant was like chalk and crumble, the butter cream would melt faster than I could work. Below is the cake that I purchased, I added the castle, figurine and the purple cones, it was very pretty and the birthday girl was not disappointed.
